Logistic services provider Josef Mička leases new premises in Slaný (09-2009)

Colliers International has arranged a lease of more than 3,100 sqm of warehouse space and 90 sqm of offices in Logistic & Light Industrial Park Slaný. A modern industrial park with a future total built-up area of 27,000 sqm for logistics and light production is located 35 km northwest of Prague. The transport accessibility is secured by the R7 expressway connecting Prague with Chomutov and Chemnitz (Germany). The developer of the park is a French company T & J Real Estate Investment.
Josef Mička, a provider of logistics and forwarding services operating on the Czech market since 1992 will be the first tenant in this park. „The tenant should move into their new premises in the course of summer 2010. In the meantime, the landlord will be building the premises to suit the requirements of the tenant and to meet the criteria of current logistics,“ says Karel Stránský, Director of Industrial Department in Colliers International, which represented the landlord in lease negotiations.
