Our Team

The Colliers International Czech Republic Industrial Services division was established in 1996 by Karel Stránský.

The team is qualified to advise on all kinds of industrial properties from land acquisition to the lease of industrial premises (including logistic, warehousing or production facilities).

We market properties on a sale or lease basis including factories, warehouses, distribution centers, high-tech facilities and vacant land. Our brokers are experienced to assist you in any lease negotiation, acquisition or sale, land search or build-to-suit packages.

In general, we act on behalf of our clients (users, landlords or owners of industrial premises) identifying potential partners and negotiating the best possible terms for them.
