Colliers Industrial Property

The Colliers International Czech Republic Industrial Services division was established in 1996 by Karel Stránský.

We are qualified to advise on all kinds of industrial real estate transactions from land acquisition through lease negotiation for industrial premises (including logistic, warehousing or production facilities) to build-to-suit solutions.

In general, we act on behalf of our clients (occupiers, landlords or owners of industrial premises) identifying potential business partners and negotiating the best possible terms for our client. 

In the first half of 2011, Karel Stránský joined the Corporate Solutions team of Colliers International and currently focuses on the EMEA industrial real estate market. In his present role he represents and advises industrial occupiers with geographically dispersed real estate needs, or cross-border property requirements.
