Duke Manufacturing shifts their operations to modern industrial space of class A

(04-2010)

The American designer, builder and distributor of food service equipment and systems was leasing older industrial premises in Stechovice, south of Prague. Their future expansion plans and desire for higher quality premises triggered the initial search for the new potential premises.

Duke Manufacturing insisted on staying close to their current location to be able to keep their existing staff. With the assistance and support of Colliers International the company investigated all of the alternatives available in the southern outskirts of Prague.

After careful analysis of the market options and received offers, the company decided to lease a unit of 1,900 sqm at ProLogis Park Prague D1 West. Not only was the selected site just 30 km away from their present facility, but the space also suited the business of Duke Manufacturing well in terms of size and shape. Moreover, the developer could also offer additional space for future expansion.

Duke Manufacturing took occupancy of their new premises in August 2010 and uses them for light manufacturing and assembly operations.
