CTP completes first 4 buildings in CTPark Brno II

Developer CTP has finished the first four buildings in CTPark Brno II, with an area to let totalling over 100,000 m2. According to CTP, the investment into the project exceeded EUR 70 mln (ca. CZK 1.729 bln). The largest portion of the new premises is designed for the firms Wistron (ca. 65,400 m2) and Kompan (ca. 24,500 m2), which plan to employ over 3,000 people in the location in the coming years. Six more buildings will be built over the next few years. Building work will continue from spring 2012.
