Transped-SOC successfully renegotiated lease for its warehouse

In the process of strategic planning, Transped-SOC was assessing the property market opportunities and also considered options to lower their occupational costs.

 With several industrial projects on the Prague market and 16% vacancy the question was whether to stay in their current space or look at future relocation options.

Following long-term cooperation and support, Transped nominated Colliers International as their exclusive agent to assist them with the identification of potential sites and to open discussions with their existing landlord.

After several months of negotiations, Colliers managed to negotiate terms acceptable for both parties. With the improved lease conditions Transped decided to stay in their existing building and prolong their lease.

Established in 1991, Transped-SOC provides comprehensive services in the field of international road, air and sea freight together with warehousing and value-added services. They leased their first warehouse on the western outskirts of Prague in 2001. Since then the company has expanded twice over the course of 9 years and presently in this part of the country occupies a modern warehouse of almost 4,900 sqm and offices of more than 640 sqm.
