G.Gühring moves to A-class production space

After several years in older B-class premises in the Kolin district, G.Gühring decided to upgrade their production premises and search for an appropriate solution within an A-class industrial property.

The decision was partially triggered by the company’s need for growth, which could not have been met in their former location.

Since the beginning of 2010 G.Gühring has worked in close cooperation with Colliers International exploring the industrial real estate market and inspecting various properties.  Timing and location were the key criteria of the search. To allow the company to retain their current employees the focus was mainly on solutions situated east of Prague.

In the final stages of the selection process G.Gühring had two real alternatives to choose from, both situated within the required area. As the client also required some modifications to the premises, which were necessary for smooth and efficient operations of the company, the flexibility of the developer was once again one of the most important determinants of the selection and negotiation process.

As of October 2010 G.Gühring occupies more than 3,300 sqm of production and storage space together with over 300 sqm of offices within VGP Park Horni Pocernice. The premises meet all of the company’s requirements and also provide opportunity for future expansion.

G.Gühring is a German company based in Boll close to Oberndorf am Neckar, which manufactures containers and packaging products mainly for the automotive industry.
